Elder Jaimi B. Russell is the daughter Pastor Waverly and Lady Ann Brown, Sr. She was born and raised in Chase City, Virginia. She is happily married to Bishop Russell, III and they have four children. St. Paul Baptist Church
Bishop Russell and his family were called to the St. Paul Church Family in November 2000. During this time, Bishop Russell was only 23 years old. He was young in age, but his wisdom far surpassed his earthly age.
