Seasoned Saints Ministry - The OGs
We appreciate the wisdom, laughter and knowledge or our Seasoned Saints-- aged 55 and over. Each fourth Sunday in July, we celebrate our Seasoned Saints and we honor them with a worship just for them. We also show appreciation by providing a luncheon for them each November on the second Saturday. Come and share your wisdom!
Congregational Care
Caring is one of the greatest attributes that God shared with the world. He loved us so much that He insured our care by offering us a Savior. Our congregational Care Ministry helps to encourage, visit, call and show concern for those who are hospitalized, sick and shut in, in rehabilitation and those who are grieving. Our Deacons and Deaconesses along with other volunteers are awaiting a time to come and pray for and with those who need care. IMPACT Youth CHURCH
Our IMPACT Youth Church is led by Pastor Dionte Futrell. His team helps to provide moments to minister, learn and demonstrate their love for God through activities that relate to our Youth. We have our Children's Church during our 11:30am Worship. Sunday Night Live is held each second Sunday at 5pm at the Suffolk campus and 806 Lincoln and Praise is held quarterly at our Suffolk campus. Music
Our Music provides moments to minister using our Praise Singers, Celebration Choir, Youth Choir and Men's Ensemble. Our Music Ministry conducts weekly rehearsals to prepare to lead our worshippers in Praise and Worship. Our music ministry helps to make sure the atmosphere is set each time we come together in a worship experience. Come and share your vocal and/or musical talents and gifts.
Community service
We are proud partners of Suffolk Public Schools. We also partner with Suffolk Parks and Recreation for the Annual Teen Summit. We believe in helping to build a stronger community. A stronger community will help to make our city even stronger. We have also done partnerships with other local organizations to help impact the City and the Kingdom of God.
